### I would like to reward clients for pre-booking their next appointment but I don't want them to get points if they don't attend their next appointment. Can the points for pre-booking only be given when they attend the pre-booked appointment? 
Yes, the points for pre-booking can be given when the pre-booked appointment is attended.

Here’s how the redemption process works with MINDBODY through Perkville:1. Free Service Rewards (e.g., free class)A free service is instantly pushed into MINDBODY when a reward is redeemed on Perkville.2. Dollar Credit Rewards (e.g., $10 credit)A dollar credit is pushed into MINDBODY upon redemption on Perkville.Please allow 10–30 minutes for the reward to appear in MINDBODY.3. Other RewardsClients redeem the reward on Perkville and present the voucher on their mobile phone at the front desk.Front desk staff can process the voucher as a coupon in MINDBODY or use a custom "Perkville" payment method for free items.To mark the voucher as used:If shown on a mobile device, staff can tap the "mark as used" button.If printed, the voucher barcode can be scanned into Perkville to mark it as used.
